1 Definitions and Introduction

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is completed.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

Attempting to claim bonuses through multiple accounts or any other fraudulent means will result in all bonuses and associated winnings being forfeited, and the account may be closed.

5.3 VIP Program

ga99's VIP program has three tiers. Tiers are advanced through regular play:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.3%.
• Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.5%.
• Gold: Weekly cashback up to 0.8%.

VIP benefits may be changed at any time at ga99's discretion.

6 Game Rules and General Terms

All games on ga99 are operated in accordance with fair play principles. Game outcomes are determined using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which is completely impartial.

• All bets will be considered final once a game round has started.
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical fault, ga99 reserves the right to void or replay the relevant bet.
• The result recorded on the game provider's server shall be considered final.
• In sports betting, bets will be settled only after the official result is announced.
• Separate rules apply for cricket, football and other sports betting, as stated in the relevant sections.

7 Prohibited Activities and Conduct

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.

• Using automated software, bots or any other technology to play games.
• Engaging in money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Harassing other users or engaging in fraudulent conduct.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems.
• Using a false identity or forged documents.

8 Account Suspension and Termination

8.1 Closure at User Request

9 Limitation of Liability
